Icons of England

Recognised by the publishing industry as Specialist Communication of the Year in 2008, this stunning coffee-table book was published in partnership with the Campaign to Protect Rural England (CPRE) and introduced by its president, Bill Bryson.

In its first week, Icons of England sold out its original print run – that’s 20,000 copies in seven days. Contributors included Eric Clapton, Jon Snow, Kevin Spacey, Jonathon Porritt, Rosie Boycott, Michael Palin, Joe Cornish and Kate Adie.

The CPRE chief executive was delighted, commenting: ‘Thank you for all the effort that you have put into making Icons of England such a wonderful book.’
