Think is an award-winning, creative and entrepreneurial agency, founded by Ian McAuliffe and Tilly Boulter in 1999. Today, we employ more than 60 members of staff, work with 40+ clients and have offices in London and Glasgow.
At Think, we specialise in creating communications strategies for professional membership organisations, charities and corporations that need to engage a core group of members or stakeholders.
We always deliver on the results we promise. Our award-winning magazines, books, e-newsletters and online content channels continue to surpass client marketing objectives. Our focus on creating editorially-relevant and surprising content – backed up by strong revenues – means we are 100% confident in all our financial projections. Our talented teams are committed to delivering solid, robust membership communications strategies that never disappoint. Furthermore, our strong entrepreneurial ethos means we are best positioned to identify new opportunities and work in partnership with our clients to make the most of them.
Great content, great ROI
Every project begins with a blank piece of paper. We have no ‘one-size-fits-all’ way of working with clients. We are not just interested in the soft elements, such as beautiful design and exciting content, but we are equally concerned with the hard commercial side and ROI of everything we produce.
As members of the Professional Publishers Association (PPA) and the Institute of Internal Communication (IoIC), we are focused not just on driving up standards across the publishing industry, but on being the team to lead the way. We are the only agency to have won both the PPA’s Publisher of the Year award and the PPA’s Independent Publishing Company of the Year award, which we have won three times.
What We Do
We publish content across a range of platforms for a variety of audiences.
We have won over 40 awards in the past four years. Here is a selection of the ones we are most proud of:
